BC / BM Tensioning machine
Machines are built in cast iron, designed to tension and straighten the log band saw blades.
- The tensioning pressure is adjustable by means of a proper lever and is controlled on a special index.
- An anvil and a hammer to level the blade manually, and two tension gauges are supplied together with the tensioning machine.
- On request, the bench to set up the tensioning machine and the anvil together with a set of saw rollers to carry the blade can be supplied as well.
- Tensioning machines are sliding and movable through a handwheel, to carry out complete sequences of tensioning passes parallel to the blade edge.
